A second chance shouldn’t feel like a last resort.
Our 12-week inclusion programme helps pupils at risk of exclusion re-engage with education through structure, self-awareness, and strategic reintegration, delivered either on-site or off-site.

Why This Matters
Across the UK, schools and trusts are spending hundreds of thousands of pounds on managed moves, AP placements, and off-rolling solutions that often don’t work. What’s worse, pupils become disconnected, labelled, and lost.
Our inclusion model gives pupils what they actually need:
- Structure
- Support
- A way back
And schools get what they rarely receive:
- Measurable impact
- Strategic value
- A sustainable alternative to exclusion
Who It’s For
- Pupils on the verge of exclusion or already removed from class
- Students disengaged from learning or staff relationships
- Young people with high SEMH or SEND needs
- Pupils returning from AP or managed moves
- Those displaying persistent disruption, apathy, or conflict
We work closely with your school’s DSL, SENDCO, behaviour, and pastoral leads to ensure no young person is left behind.

What We Deliver
A 12-week programme that combines academic structure, mentoring, and emotional reset.
This isn’t a babysitting space or short-term fix, it’s an intentional programme grounded in reintegration.
What’s included:
- A 5-day weekly structure (full school hours)
- Core subject lessons (delivered by school staff, where possible)
- Daily mentoring and reflection moments
- SEMH-focused workshops (resilience, identity, anger, aspiration)
- Physical activity for regulation and wellbeing
- Creative and practical sessions (e.g. podcasting, budgeting, team tasks)
- Clear reintegration planning from week one
Capacity: 12 pupils max per cohort
Location: On-site (in school-owned spaces) or off-site
Flexibility: Option to extend or offer follow-on support post-return

Why It Works
We don’t create a separate world, we build a bridge back to the one they need to be in.
We don’t create a separate world, we build a bridge back to the one they need to be in.
- Behaviour doesn’t define the pupil, and we don’t treat it that way.
- Rituals create rhythm. Each day starts with routines, reflection, and intentional goals.
- Reintegration isn’t an afterthought, it’s a priority.
- We work with your school, not around it. We integrate with behaviour teams, DSLs, and SENDCOs to align support.
What Schools Get
This isn’t a hands-off programme, it’s a partnership.
While we manage the day-to-day delivery, your school stays closely involved. We maintain regular communication and align with your internal systems to ensure the pupil’s journey feels seamless, not separate.
You’ll receive:
- A clearly mapped 12-week plan aligned with school expectations
- Weekly session logs, attendance, and behaviour notes
- Milestone reviews at Week 1, Week 6, and Week 12
- Reintegration readiness scores based on behaviour and engagement
- Pupil baseline reports and end-of-programme evaluations
- Parent or guardian updates (where appropriate and agreed)
- A final impact report, including next-step recommendations
- Ongoing staff liaison with SENDCOs, DSLs, and pastoral leads
Whether you’re looking to reduce exclusions, support pupils post-incident, or provide an intervention bridge, we keep you informed, involved, and equipped with the evidence you need.
