Because managing behaviour shouldn’t mean losing connection.
Our CPD sessions equip staff with practical strategies to build inclusive, high-expectation classrooms without burnout or blame. Delivered through our Behaviour Mastery Programme or as standalone INSET workshops.

Why This Matters
In today’s classrooms, teachers face a unique set of challenges, from rising SEMH needs to shifting pupil engagement. Even with the best support, it can be difficult to balance behaviour, learning, and wellbeing.
Our Behaviour Mastery Programme is designed to reinforce, elevate, and align existing practice with tools that reflect the realities staff face every day, all while building confidence, consistency, and cultural understanding.
What We Deliver
The Behaviour Mastery Programme
A CPD journey made up of six sessions delivered across the academic year, supporting staff to embed behaviour strategies and develop a consistent, inclusive classroom culture.
Each session focuses on a distinct core theme:
- The Uniform Approach to Behaviour
- Engaging Passive and Disengaged Learners
- Understanding Boys: Identity and Behaviour
- Trauma-Informed Practice in Real Classrooms
- Race, Representation & Classroom Dynamics
- Building a Consistent Classroom Culture

These sessions are interactive, reflective, and designed to promote confident and culturally aware teaching.
Standalone CPD Workshops
In addition to the Behaviour Mastery Programme, we offer one-off INSET-ready workshops or twilight training on key topics aligned to your school’s needs.
